Practical, evidence-based support for the challenges of everyday life

Counselling and coaching for adults, by video or telephone

I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to helping adults better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives.

With an endorsement in organisational psychology and over a decade of prior experience in management consulting with leading organisations across Australia and the UK, I understand the pressures that work, career and major life transitions can place on psychological wellbeing.

Services

Counselling

Counselling tends to be a good fit if you're navigating anxiety, low mood, stress or a difficult transition, and want a steady space to make sense of what's going on. Sessions are collaborative and paced to you, drawing on CBT, ACT and other evidence-based approaches to build understanding, develop practical coping strategies, and move forward with more clarity.

Coaching

Coaching tends to suit you if you already have a sense of what you'd like to work on and are ready to build momentum — whether that's managing overwhelm, navigating a career transition, or working through self-doubt. Sessions are practical and goal-oriented, helping you turn insight into concrete next steps.

My approach

In practice, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Process-Based Therapy. Your treatment will always be tailored to your specific needs, goals and circumstances. I emphasise opening up to difficult thoughts and feelings, getting in touch with the present moment, and committing to do what matters most to create the life you want.
